FAQ

We thought we’d answer some of the commonly asked questions (faq’s) here, in case you can’t get through to us, or would prefer to read about them before asking.

Payment

We prefer to be paid via EFT on the day you receive the images but we do also accept Snapscan. In certain cases we can give you up to 30 days to pay.

Equipment

We use Canon cameras, Canon wide-angle lenses, shoot with a tethered laptop so there is an instant backup (in addition to the SD card), use the latest versions of Photoshop and Lightroom (plus other software), and strive to deliver the best possible images your money can afford. Should you wish us to use different equipment, please just ask and we can discuss.

Training

If you are an estate agent and wish to learn how to take better images, we can organise a training sessions for you. You won’t become an expert overnight, but with some basic tricks and techniques you can definitely improve.

Travel

We bill standard AA rates for travel, should we come to you by car. If we fly to you, we will book the most affordable flight possible, within reason.

Accommodation

If the shoot requires us to be up early morning, or late at night, in some far-flung place (such as a national park, or far from home) we ask that you cover accommodation expenses, or make allowance for us to stay somewhere up there. In most cases it will just be a photographer, but in others it can include a stylist and model/s.
