Franschhoek has got to be one of the most beautiful pieces of real estate in the world! In my time out here I managed to tour the town, and take a tour around some of the wineries, too.

This home though was a small two-bedroom affair, but set in a wonderful, safe estate. Tennis courts, a pool, an entertainment/games room, and 24-hour security make it a good buy for tenants looking for peace of mind and a simple life.

The day I shot here it was warm and sunny, still and beautiful – it kind of made me want to move out here… permanently!
